Texoma Harley-Davidson "Chili Cook-Off" Registration

Registration required (no charge)

• Note: This is an amateur cooking event with no rules on recipes, you can cook it the night before or the day of the event. Set up starting at 10:30 am, serving to the public will begin at 11 am. Texoma will provide all tasters with a spoon, tasting cups, napkins, and voting elements.

· Each team will have to provide their supplies: Chili, crockpot, gloves, utensils, etc.
· Entry is a gallon of chili or more. (You may bring condiments to go with your chili; cheese, crackers, etc.)
· Please bring your chili pre-warmed in a crock pot. Must stay at 135°F.
· Registration and setup are from 10:30 am to 11:00 am at Texoma Harley-Davidson.
· We will place a number on crock pots as they are brought in. (Your name will be on a separate sheet with the coinciding number.)
· All containers must be removed, and the area cleaned up by 4:00 pm.
