"Texoma HD mad it an absolute pleasure to buy my first Harley. Even though I was buying a used bike they treated me like I was taking the most expensive bike on showroom floor.
Billy took the time to make sure he explained everything and answered all my questions, and told me to call if I had any more questions and concerns.
I did have a problem with the bike day after I bought it, but all it took was a phonecall and they worked me in, fixed the problem and had me out the door, back on the road in no time flat.

"When I decided to purchase my first HD, I came into the store every weekend for about 3 months. Everytime I came in, I told the sales staff that I wasn't ready to buy yet - they still took all their time with me and answered all my questions. By the time I had decided on a Heritage Softtail, I knew I was making the right decision for me. The color I chose was not in stock and they found one for me and James drove over the weekend and picked it up. Since then, everyone from sales, to parts, to service have continued to provide superior customer service along with always have a hello and a smile when you walk in the door. Nine months later, my wife purchased a 2007 883L Sportster from Kelly knowing that he would provide her with the same information to make an educated decision.
