"This may be premature, I don't have the parts yet. Just ordered today but Rich in Service was so helpful and everyone else so friendly I want to comment. I had no luck and little interest from dealers closer to my home in getting the information I needed for a sidecar installation. Rich took the time to print out a parts list and help me select the parts I needed. It's a 40 mile drive for me to your dealership but well worth it!"

"I was on my way to the HOG Rally in OKC when my bike began to have some problems, so wife and I stopped into your dealership. Your service department dropped what they were doing to check out my bike. I ended up having to leave my bike with you so that you could continue to diagnose the problem, but my overall experience was fantastic. I wish my regular shop treated me as good as your shop! Have always bought my bikes and parts from the Dallas dealerships, but will come to Texoma Harley for my next one. I like the size of your dealership, big enough, but not the mega size that the Dallas area ones have become. When a dealership becomes the size of Wal Mart, it becomes impersonal and loses the friendly feel that a smaller place has."

"Texoma HD mad it an absolute pleasure to buy my first Harley. Even though I was buying a used bike they treated me like I was taking the most expensive bike on showroom floor.
Billy took the time to make sure he explained everything and answered all my questions, and told me to call if I had any more questions and concerns.
I did have a problem with the bike day after I bought it, but all it took was a phonecall and they worked me in, fixed the problem and had me out the door, back on the road in no time flat.

Everytime I came in, I told the sales staff that I wasn't ready to buy yet - they still took all their time with me and answered all my questions. By the time I had decided on a Heritage Softtail, I knew I was making the right decision for me. The color I chose was not in stock and they found one for me and James drove over the weekend and picked it up. Since then, everyone from sales, to parts, to service have continued to provide superior customer service along with always have a hello and a smile when you walk in the door. Nine months later, my wife purchased a 2007 883L Sportster from Kelly knowing that he would provide her with the same information to make an educated decision. My wife and I now call the Texoma Harley Davidson dealership our home away from home and the staff are extended family members."
