"I was on the Texoma Marina Crawl Poker Run benefit for the Red Cross this Saturday with a friend, and she happened to have left her bike turned on and the battery died. "From the minute I walked in everyone at Texoma HD has been awesome. They went out of their way to work with me in very difficult circumstances. They always show my pops, who is an alzheimers victim, the utmost respect and they dont worry about him knocking things over. I am in the store quite a bit because it has become pops favorite place to go, he cant go to movies anymore but he loves looking at the bikes and talking to the people. " Hi, I visited your dealership and bought a few parts and accessories for my Harley your staff was very helpfull and didn't seem so high pressure like the other three Harley dealerships I have visited this year. A few weeks later I was needing a part and contacted your sales department and Stephen helped me and the part was back ordered for a few weeks. Other dealers stopped at that but Stephen put me in contact with another dealer to get the part shipped that day. All he asked was that I give Texoma Harley a chance on my next parts or bike buy.I wish I would have visited Texoma Harley when I bought my Dyna your staff as been far better to deal with than the dealership I bought my Harley from. "Hi, I attended your first garage party on March 23, 2010 and wanted to let you know that it was a wonderful and encouraging experience. I would like to let you know how much this party did for pushing my riding adventures forward. My sister got me interested in riding motorcycles just this year and I have a Yamaha 650cc that I purchased as a starter bike. I have been wanting to purchase a Harley so I can take road trips with my sister. She has logged over 40,000 miles on Harleys and currently owns a Heritage, Road King and Electraglide. I was intimidated by the size of the Harleys and the whole atmosphere of big-time bikers, however, after participating in your garage party, I realize that I have no reason to be intimidated with Harley riders. Everyone was so friendly and some of the most encouraging folks I have ever met. The classes on picking up a bike and how to pack for a trip (and what kind of gear offers the best protection) have me feeling excited about riding a Harley. I have also decided to take a trip with a friend to the ROT in June. Until I attended your garage party, I believed my Harley ownership days were years away, but now I have my eyes set on a nice deluxe that is in your showroom. I noticed this particular bike during your march madness weekend and had the opportunity to sit on it then, and once again during the garage party. "Texoma HD mad it an absolute pleasure to buy my first Harley. Even though I was buying a used bike they treated me like I was taking the most expensive bike on showroom floor. Billy took the time to make sure he explained everything and answered all my questions, and told me to call if I had any more questions and concerns. I did have a problem with the bike day after I bought it, but all it took was a phonecall and they worked me in, fixed the problem and had me out the door, back on the road in no time flat. "When I decided to purchase my first HD, I came into the store every weekend for about 3 months. Everytime I came in, I told the sales staff that I wasn't ready to buy yet - they still took all their time with me and answered all my questions. By the time I had decided on a Heritage Softtail, I knew I was making the right decision for me. The color I chose was not in stock and they found one for me and James drove over the weekend and picked it up. Since then, everyone from sales, to parts, to service have continued to provide superior customer service along with always have a hello and a smile when you walk in the door.
